  • The drum is next. Make a diagram of how the belt is arranged on the belt tensioner and motor pulley. Reach behind the motor at the lower right and take the tension off the belt to remove the belt from the motor pulley.

  • At this point the belt can be replaced by slipping a new one over the drum and attaching it to the tensioner and belt pulley.

  • Be very careful that the belt is not twisted and it is close to the wear track on the drum where it was running.

  • Turn the drum slowly by hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • If replacing a belt, you are done. Reassemble.

C'est au tour du tambour ! Faites un croquis du parcours de la courroie sur le galet tenseur et la poulie du moteur. Derrière le moteur, en bas à droite, détendez la courroie pour la retirer de la poulie.

Vous pouvez monter la nouvelle courroie en la faisant glisser autour du tambour, puis en l'attachant au galet et à la poulie.

Faites attention à ne pas plier la courroie et à la mettre là où on voit les traces d'usure de l'ancienne courroie sur le tambour.

Faites lentement tourner le tambour pour vous assurer que tout fonctionne correctement.

Si vous vouliez remplacer la courroie, c'est fini. Commencez le remontage.
