  • Next, find the heatsink and the fan assembly. Unscrew the heatsink and lift it off gently.

  • Do it in a diagonal patter to avoid uneven pressure.

  • Processor pins and corners are pointy--be careful!

  • Beware of the pins, don't bend them!
