  • If you successfully removed the entire ambient light sensor, as shown in the first photo, continue to the next step below.

  • If the white diffuser strip is detached and remains embedded in the display, as shown in the second photo, you will need to carefully lever it out along the top edge using a thin blade or pry tool. Re-applying heat first may make this task a bit easier.

  • During reassembly, install the diffuser into the display first, making sure it faces the right direction (the front-facing side is shown in the first image, and the rear-facing side is shown in the third).

  • Then, set the ambient light sensor on top of the diffuser. You will need to hold the sensor in position while installing the screws securing the earpiece/sensor assembly. Once the screws are tightened, the sensor will stay in place and work normally.

Si has extraído ixitosamente todo el sensor de luz ambiental, como se muestra en la primera foto, continúa con el paso siguiente.

Si la tira difusora blanca se desprende y permanece incrustada en la pantalla, como se muestra en la segunda foto, deberá levantarla con cuidado a lo largo del borde superior con una cuchilla delgada o una palanca. Volver a aplicar calor primero puede facilitar un poco esta tarea.

Durante el reensamblaje, instala primero el difusor en la pantalla, asegurándote de que esté orientado en la dirección correcta (el lado orientado hacia el frente se muestra en la primera imagen y el lado orientado hacia atrás se muestra en la tercera).

Luego, coloca el sensor de luz ambiental en la parte superior del difusor. Deberás mantener el sensor en su posición mientras instalas los tornillos que sujetan el ensamblaje del auricular / sensor. Una vez que los tornillos estén apretados, el sensor permanecerá en su lugar y funcionará normalmente.
