Desolder each of the sets of grey wires as close as you can to the circuit board.

Retrieve your replacement board, making sure to align it the same way as your defective board was previously aligned.

Solder the ends of the grey wires to the same locations on the replacement motherboard as you had them on your original board. (Not pictured in this guide.)
