  • To fix the issue:

  • 1. Use compressed air (gently) to blow into the connector to remove liquid or loose debris. Alternatively use a straw and blow directly into the connector.

  • 2 . Clean the connector with clean water and paper towel cut in tiny strip. Dispense water gently via drop directly into the connector, and remove them again with paper towel strips

  • 3. Let it dry: leave the connector alone for 6hrs so it can dry out before charging. Using the phone in this time span is ok as long as it's not charged.

  • If charging is needed urgently, use wireless charging (S9+)

  • Be aware that the charge cable connector can be contaminated with salt/ or rust. Therefore it need to be gently cleaned as described above . Else it can transfer to the phone, and cause the issue again. Or cause the issue while connected to the phone.

  • If there is fabric fibers inside the connector, these can be removed with a needle by scraping the bottom of the connector. Use magnification during operation is best.

Per sistemare il problema:

1. Usa dell'aria compressa (delicatamente) sull'entrata del connettore per rimuovere eventuali liquidi o detriti. In alternativa usa una cannuccia e soffia nell'appertura

2.Pulisci il connettore con un pezzo di carta inbevuto d'acqua e tagliato in striscioline sottili. Fai cadere delle goccie d'acqua direttamente nel connettore e rimuovile con la carta assorbente.

Lascia asciugare il connettore per circa 6h prima di caricare di nuovo. Puoi usare il telefono durante questo periodo, a patto che non lo colleghi alla corrente usando il connettore.

Se caricare il telefono è proprio necessario, usa la ricarica wireless (S9+)

Fai attenzione, poiché il cavo di ricarica potrebbe essere contaminato con sale/polvere oppure ruggine. Perciò, procedi pulendo lo stesso come descritto precedentemente. Altrimenti potrebbe trasferire la sporcizia di nuovo sul connetore del telefono e causare di nuovo questo problema.
