  • To fix the issue:

  • 1. Use compressed air (gently) to blow into the connector to remove liquid or loose debris. Alternatively use a straw and blow directly into the connector.

  • 2 . Clean the connector with clean water and paper towel cut in tiny strip. Dispense water gently via drop directly into the connector, and remove them again with paper towel strips

  • 3. Let it dry: leave the connector alone for 6hrs so it can dry out before charging. Using the phone in this time span is ok as long as it's not charged.

  • If charging is needed urgently, use wireless charging (S9+)

  • Be aware that the charge cable connector can be contaminated with salt/ or rust. Therefore it need to be gently cleaned as described above . Else it can transfer to the phone, and cause the issue again. Or cause the issue while connected to the phone.

  • If there is fabric fibers inside the connector, these can be removed with a needle by scraping the bottom of the connector. Use magnification during operation is best.

Um das Problem zu beheben:

1. Nutze Druckluft, um (sanft) in die Buchse zu blasen und Feuchtigkeit und losen Schmutz zu entfernen. Alternativ nutze ein Röhrchen und blase direkt in die Buchse.

2. Reinige den Anschluss mit sauberem Wasser und Taschentüchern, die in schmale Streifen geschnitten wurden. Tropfe Wasser vorsichtig direkt in die Buchse und entferne sie wieder mit den Taschentuchstreifen.

3. Lass es trocknen: Lass die Buchse für 6 Stunden in Ruhe, so dass sie trocknen kann vor dem Laden. Es ist ok, das Smartphone zu nutzen, solange es nicht geladen werden muss.

Wenn Aufladen dringend notwendig wird, nutze ein Induktionsladegerät (S9+).

Achte darauf, dass der Stecker des Ladekabels mit Salz oder Rost kontaminiert sein kann. Er muss also vorsichtig gereinigt werden wie oben beschrieben. Andernfalls kann es auf das Handy übertragen werden und das Problem erneut hervorrufen. Oder führt zu Problemen während es am Smartphone angeschlossen ist.
