Place the watch screen-down so that its back cover is showing.
Use your nail to push the small silver ball bearing on the right side downward.
If your nails aren't sharp enough, you can use a sharp pointed object such as a toothpick or pen.
While the ball is pressed down, pull the wristband outwards until the strap is disconnected from the main frame.
For reassembly, hold the ball down and then wedge each pin on the wristband into the pin holes of the main frame.
Follow the same steps for the ball on the left side, except this time push the ball upwards and then pull outwards.
