Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the one 4.0 mm screw attaching the grounding wire to the large screen cable.
This allows you to move the screen cable to access the speaker screw underneath it. Do not disconnect the screen cable itself.
Look for a white arrow on the motherboard if you are having trouble identifying this screw.
