  • Once the screen is warm to the touch, apply a suction cup to the lower edge of the phone.

  • If the phone's screen is cracked, the suction cup may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction cup in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift on the suction cup, and insert a halberd spudger or an opening pick under the display assembly.

  • Due to the curved glass, you will be pushing up, rather than inserting parallel to the plane of the phone.

  • Start to slide the halberd spudger/opening pick along the lower edge of the phone to cut the adhesive. Leave an opening pick at the corner to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

  • The screen's flex cable is located just below the midpoint on the side of the power button, and may interfere with your cutting tool.

  • Continue to slide the halberd spudger/opening pick along the side of the phone and insert another opening pick.

Una vez que la pantalla esté caliente al tacto, coloca una ventosa en el borde superior del teléfono.

Si la pantalla del teléfono está agrietada, la ventosa podría no pegarse.Intenta levantarla con cinta resistente o pega la ventosa con pegamento instantáneo y permite que se endurezca.

Levanta en la ventosa e inserta un spudger halberd o una púa de apertura debajo del ensamblaje de la pantalla.

Debido al vidrio curvado, estarás empujando hacia arriba en vez de insertar de forma paralela al plano del teléfono.

Comienza a deslizar el haldberd spudger/púa de apertura a lo lardo del borde inferior del teléfono para cortar el adhesivo. Deja una púa de apertura en la esquina para prevenir que el adhesivo se vuelva a sellar.

El cable flexible de la pantalla se encuentra debajo del punto medio del lado del botón de encendido y podría interferir con tu herramienta de corte.

Continúa deslizando el halberd spudger/púa de apertura a lo largo del lateral del teléfono e inserta otra púa de apertura.
