Canon PowerShot G9 SD-Card Slot Write Lock.

Be very careful not to touch any charged flash capacitor

Remove the two screws circled green.

crwdns2936071:03crwdne2936071:0 — Remove Jog Dial Unit.

Disconnect ribbon cable by lifting up flap.

crwdns2936071:04crwdne2936071:0 — Remove Finder dial.

Remove the one screw circled green.

crwdns2936071:05crwdne2936071:0 — Remove LCD.

Remove screw and lift LCD upwards very carefully. Do not put any strain on cables.

Remove screws.

crwdns2936071:07crwdne2936071:0 — Check SD-Card Slot.

Measure continuity with a multimeter on SD-card slot write protect switch.
