Final Thoughts

  • For the most part disassembly is extremely simple with only plastic clips, and standard Torx screws holding the phone together.

  • The battery is easy to access and replace

  • Several main components such as headphone jack, SD card slot, Micro USB port and vibrator are soldered to the motherboard.

  • Getting to the display requires removing the front glass which is tricky to remove without damaging it.

Laatste gedachten

Het grootste gedeelte van de demontage is extreem gemakkelijk. De telefoon wordt slechts bijeengehouden door kunststof lipjes en standaard Torx-schroefjes.

De batterij is gemakkelijk te bereiken en vervangen.

Verschillende onderdelen zoals de audio jack, SD-kaartlezer, microUSB-poort en de trilmotor zijn op het moederbord gesoldeerd.

Om het scherm te bereiken moet je het glas van het frontje verwijderen, wat een lastige klus is als je hem heel wilt houden.
