On the bottom right is the speaker. This needs to be removed and reassembled on the new digitizer. Use a small screw driver and stick it a small way into the speaker and lift up. Then use a flat pry tool to assist in getting under the connect there adhesive holding it in place. Once removed reassemble it to the new digitizer securely.
