One key replacement
  • 1. When one of your keyboard's keys is broken, you don't want to spend a lot of money to replace the entire keyboard because of one key

  • 2. You can use a software called "MapKeyboard"

  • 3. Start the software and select the key you will use to replace the broken key

  • 4. Select "ReMap selected key to" and select the broken key "G"

  • 5. Click on "Save layout" and the laptop will restart

  • 6. After restarting, you will find that the key you set can be typed with “G” so that you can continue to use your keyboard without changing it

  • 7. If you want to restore the layout of the keyboard, you can start the software again, click on "Reset keyboard layout"

  • 8.After the restart, it will be restored
