  • Before installing a new display, it's very important to remove all traces of the old adhesive from the frame, while taking special care to remove any small glass fragments or other debris.

  • After removing all traces of glue and glass from the frame, clean the adhesion areas with 90% (or higher) isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth or coffee filter. Swipe in one direction only, not back and forth.

  • This helps remove any remaining adhesive residue and preps the surface for the new display.

  • If the frame is bent, or if any glue or glass remnants are left behind, the new display will not mount correctly and may be damaged.

Antes de instalar una pantalla nueva, es muy importante eliminar todos los restos del antiguo adhesivo del marco, teniendo especial cuidado de retirar cualquier pequeño fragmento de cristal u otros restos.

Tras eliminar todos los restos de pegamento y cristal del marco, limpia las zonas de adherencia con alcohol isopropílico al 90% (o superior) y un paño sin pelusas o un filtro de café. Pasa el paño en una sola dirección, no hacia delante y hacia atrás.

Esto ayuda a eliminar cualquier resto de adhesivo y prepara la superficie para la nueva pantalla.

Si el marco está doblado, o si quedan restos de pegamento o cristal, la nueva pantalla no se montará correctamente y puede resultar dañada.
