  • Before installing a new display, it's very important to remove all traces of the old adhesive from the frame, while taking special care to remove any small glass fragments or other debris.

  • After removing all traces of glue and glass from the frame, clean the adhesion areas with 90% (or higher) isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth or coffee filter. Swipe in one direction only, not back and forth.

  • This helps remove any remaining adhesive residue and preps the surface for the new display.

  • If the frame is bent, or if any glue or glass remnants are left behind, the new display will not mount correctly and may be damaged.

Es ist wichtig, dass du vor dem Einbau des neuen Displays alle Kleberreste vom Rahmen entfernst. Achte dabei besonders darauf, dass Glassplitter und anderer Schmutz beseitigt werden.

Wenn alle Glassplitter und Kleberreste vom Rahmen entfernt sind, reinige die Klebeflächen mit mindestens 90%igem Isopropylalkohol und einem fusselfreien Tuch oder Kaffeefilterpapier. Wische nur in eine Richtung, nicht hin und her.

Dadurch werden alle Spuren vom Kleber beseitigt und die Klebeflächen für das neue Display vorbereitet.

Wenn der Rahmen verbogen ist, oder doch irgendwelche Spuren von Glas oder Kleber zurück bleiben, dann passt das neue Display nicht richtig und kann beschädigt werden.
