  • 10. Press the stop button. The print head moves to its home position and the printer starts charging the ink. This takes about 2 minutes. When the power light stops flashing and remains on, ink charging is finished.

  • **CAUTION**: Never turn off the product while the power light is flashing or you will waste ink.

  • Note: If the ink light is on after the print head moves to its home position or the power light is still flashing 3 minutes after replacing a cartridge, an ink cartridge may not be installed properly. Press the stop button, then press the ink cartridge down until it clicks into place.

  • If you remove a low or expended ink cartridge, you cannot re-install and use the cartridge.

  • Caution: If you remove an ink cartridge for later use, protect the ink supply area from dirt and dust and store it in the same environment as the printer.

  • The valve in the ink supply port is designed to contain any excess ink, but do not touch the ink supply port or surrounding area. Always store ink cartridges with the label facing up; do not store cartridges upside-down.

10. Appuyez sur le bouton d'arrêt. La tête d'impression se déplace vers sa position d'origine et l'imprimante commence à charger l'encre. Cela prend environ 2 minutes. Lorsque le voyant d'alimentation cesse de clignoter et reste allumé, le chargement de l'encre est terminé.

**ATTENTION** : N'éteignez jamais le produit lorsque le voyant d'alimentation clignote, sinon vous gaspillerez de l'encre.

Si le voyant d'encre s'allume après que la tête d'impression s'est déplacée vers sa position d'origine ou si le voyant d'alimentation clignote encore 3 minutes après le remplacement , une cartouche d'encre n'est peut-être pas installée correctement. Appuyez sur le bouton d'arrêt, puis appuyez sur la cartouche d'encre jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'enclenche.

Si vous retirez une cartouche d'encre faible ou épuisée, vous ne pouvez pas réinstaller et utiliser la cartouche.

Attention : Si vous retirez une cartouche d'encre pour une utilisation ultérieure, protégez la zone d'alimentation en encre de la saleté et de la poussière et stockez-la dans le même environnement que l'imprimante.

La valve du port d'alimentation en encre est conçue pour contenir tout excès d'encre, mais ne touchez pas le port d'alimentation en encre ni la zone environnante. Stockez toujours les cartouches d'encre avec l'étiquette vers le haut ; ne stockez pas les cartouches à l'envers.
