  • Remove the antenna cable and the power and volume bottom cable on either side.

  • Inspect the new part carefully and compare it to the old one. There might be some small parts that have to be transferred.

  • On the back of the motherboard there are thermal pads (pink rubber-like gobs) for heat dissipation. If these thermal pads broke, are too dried out or stick to the old display assembly you might need to apply new thermal pads to the new display assembly or the motherboard.

Verwijder de antennekabel, de aan-/uitknopkabel en de volumeknoppenkabel aan beide zijden.

Check je nieuwe onderdeel en vergelijk deze met je oude onderdeel. Het kan nodig zijn om wat kleine onderdelen over te zetten van je oude naar je nieuwe onderdeel.

Er bevinden zich thermische kussens (roze, rubberachtige blokjes) aan de achterkant van het moederbord, welke zorgen voor de verdeling van de warmte. Als deze kapot of uitgedroogd zijn of aan de oude schermmodule blijven plakken, kan het nodig zijn om de oude te vervangen. Breng de nieuwe kussens aan op je schermmodule of het moederbord.
