  • Pull both RAM chips out of their slots.

  • During reinstallation, make sure both RAM arms are fully rotated outward before inserting the RAM chips. Use your thumbs to seat the new RAM chips into their sockets and then press the RAM arms back into the iMac.

  • It is normal to encounter a fair amount of resistance when pushing the RAM arms back into the iMac.

Ziehe beide RAM Chips aus ihren Sockeln.

Achte bei der Neuinstallation darauf, dass beide RAM-Bügel vor dem Einsetzen der RAM-Chips vollständig nach außen gedreht sind. Setze die neuen RAM-Chips mit dem Daumen in die Sockel und drücke dann die RAM-Bügel wieder in den iMac.

Es ist normal, dass beim Zurückschieben der RAM-Bügel in den iMac ein gewisser Widerstand auftritt.
