The back of the monitor unclips with the help of a butter knife or any other somewhat stiff and thin object such as a spudger or razor.

When you open the monitor there is a circuit board that controls the buttons on the monitor. The are two screws that connect this circuit to the back of the monitor. When you unscrew the circuit board, gently lift it off of the back of the monitor to remove it.
