  • Do you still remember why I opened the camera in the first place? Because I could not turn the lens any more due to sand.

  • I found some sand lodged between the big and the little gear shown on the picture. I turned the lens so that the opening pointed down and carefully turned the lens back and forth. A very small amount of sand fell out but it was enough to get things going again.

Ti ricordi ancora perché ho aperto la fotocamera in primo luogo? Perché non riuscivo più a girare l'obiettivo per colpa della sabbia.

Ho trovato un po' di sabbia depositata tra il piccolo e il grande ingranaggio mostrati nella foto. Ho girato l'obiettivo in modo che l'apertura puntasse verso il basso e ho girato attentamente l'obiettivo avanti e indietro. È caduta una piccolissima quantità di sabbia, ma è stato sufficiente per far funzionare le cose di nuovo.
