Remove the stand by unscrewing the two screws with a #3 Hexagon driver.

Remove the volume button on the front of the pod. It may be a little difficult to pull off because it is lightly glued.

Remove the 4 screws with a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

To ensure a good connection between the wires and the circuit board, treat the copper pads with flux first, then tin them with a light coating of solder. Apply the solder sparingly so you don't accidentally fill the hole.
