Desoldering the battery

  • It is now time to get your soldering iron out.

  • Start off by tinning your soldering iron, then push it down against the one of the solder pads until the solder melts, lift one side of the battery up so it no longer makes contact with the pad. Repeat this step for the other pad to remove the battery completely.

Batterie ablöten

Bereite den Lötkolben vor.

Verzinne zunächst den Lötkolben, drücke ihn dann nach unten gegen eine der Lötstellen, bis das Lötzinn schmilzt. Hebe eine Seite der Batterie hoch, bis sich die Lötfahne vom Pad ablöst. Wiederhole das Ganze für das Lötpad auf der anderen Seite, so dass die Batterie ganz entfernt werden kann.
