Fixing the SCPH-10010 H

  • SCPH-10010 H: The initial Dualshock 2 is born to corrode if not used for a long period of time. Check all the soldering spot on the PCB and try to find any spot of corroding.

  • Take the Flexible PCB and look for discoloration of the contact lines.

  • DIsamble the the Flexible PCB to the hard PCB connector by pulling the two small switches on each side and gently pull the Flexible PCB end. (this doesn't require force, be careful or you will break your controller)

  • Clean everything with Q-tips and Isopropyl alcohol.

Riparare l'SCPH-10010 H

SCPH-10010 H: La versione iniziale del Dualshock 2 è destinata a corrodersi se non viene utilizzata per un lungo periodo di tempo. Controlla tutti i punti di saldatura sul PCB e cerca di individuare eventuali punti di corrosione.

Prendi il PCB flessibile e verifica se le linee di contatto sono scolorite.

Separa la scheda flessibile dal connettore della scheda rigida alzando le due piccole levette su ciascun lato e tirando delicatamente l'estremità della scheda flessibile (questa operazione non richiede forza, fai attenzione o romperai il controller)

Pulisci tutto con cotton fioc e alcol isopropilico.
