Remove toothbrush head and inspect board, battery, and motor

  • Inspect four pads with green circles (Picture #1), they should be fully covered in solder.

  • Picture #2 shows the center pad missing some solder and not making a good connection.

  • Picture #3 shows repaired solder pad. Test toothbrush battery and motor operation without toothbrush head. If toothbrush is now working, there may be no need to replace the battery - if battery is providing between 1.2 and 1.5 volts and motor is actuated by button presses, stop here and reassemble the toothbrush.

  • If battery voltage is less than 1.2 volts, consider testing motor operation and button presses with two tests; using a AA battery and a pair of wire leads touch one end of leads to battery ends and the other wire ends to: A) left board pads (to test motor leads) and then B) to right board pads (to test battery leads, center pin is positive).

  • If motor doesn't start after Step 2 troubleshooting, continue to Step 3.

Rimuovere la testina dello spazzolino da denti e ispezionare la scheda, la batteria e il motore

Ispezionare i quattro pad con i cerchi verdi (immagine n. 1): dovrebbero essere completamente ricoperti di saldatura.

La foto n. 2 mostra la piastrina centrale a cui manca un po' di saldatura e che non crea una buona connessione.

L'immagine n. 3 mostra la saldatura riparata. Verifica il funzionamento della batteria e del motore dello spazzolino senza la testina. Se lo spazzolino funziona, potresti non sostituire la batteria: se la batteria fornisce tra 1,2 e 1,5 volt e il motore viene azionato premendo un pulsante, fermarsi qui e riassemblare lo spazzolino.

Se i volt sono meno di 1,2V,testa il funzionamento motore e la pressione dei pulsanti con 2 test;utilizza 1 batteria AA e 2 cavi,metti in contatto un'estremità dei cavi con le estremità della batt. e l'altra estremità del cavo con: A) i pad della scheda sin (x i cavi motore) e B) i pad della scheda des (x i cavi batt.,il pin centrale è posit).

Se il motore non si avvia dopo aver eseguito la risoluzione dei problemi descritta al punto 2, passare al punto 3.
