This guide will go over how to replace the motor in your iRobot Roomba 805.

Remove the single 6.1mm Phillips #0 screw from the side brush.

Lift the side brush, removing it from the motor.

Remove the battery panel and the two screws behind the wheels.

Lift up the back panel and remove it from the Roomba.

Remove the three screws holding down the motor. Be aware one requires a tristar bit and the plastic piece under that screw comes free easily.

Once the motor is loose you can pull it up out of the Roomba.

Hold the motor by the bottom and the edge of the cap and remove the cap.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
