If your iRobot Braava Jet 240 doesn't charge in the charging cradle, you may need a new battery. Repeated charging can wear out the battery, reducing its charge capacity and making replacement necessary.
If your device is still under warranty, contact iRobot Support for assistance. They should be able to provide a new battery.
