Wrap said band around the bit and viola! easy bit extraction enabled. You might want to keep that handy rubber band with the kit now.

I want to order the 26 bit driver kit technique for removing bits
I just use the included bit driver. Once removed, reverse it and I am ready to go!
P.S. Anyone got a guide on how to fix the hinge. Spring is loose and the bit tray is out.
