The camera board has a small heat sink with thermal paste applied to its surface. Be sure the putty is evenly distributed on the heat sink before reinstallation.

Slightly lift the camera board out of the outer case, being careful not to disturb the aluminum tape securing the camera cable to the outer case.

Disconnect the camera cable by pulling its connector away from the socket on the camera board.
