Use a spudger to lift the bottom edge of the touchpad until you can grip it with your fingers.

Grip the bottom corners of the touchpad with your fingers and slide the top edge out from under the motherboard.

Slide the touchpad under the speaker cable and remove it.

During reassembly, hold the four cables out of the way when inserting the touchpad so none of them get stuck underneath.
