Remove the earpiece speaker

Insert the flat end of your spudger between the left edge of the earpiece speaker and the frame.

Pry up until you can grab the speaker with your fingers.

Remove the speaker.

During reassembly, insert the speaker at a downward angle so the gasket slides into its recess in the top edge of the frame.
