Wtth the screw gone, slide the entire wooden armrest unit to the right (away from the car).

Once the armrest can not go any further lift straight up out of its spot.

Before lifting too far reach under and remove the wiring from the wire harness by pinching down on the white tab and pulling straight back.

The window control is now removed and you can set the wooden door panel unit aside.
