[* black] You'll need to disable System Integrity Protection (SIP) in order to flash the new firmware.
[* black] Restart your Mac Pro and hold ***cmd+r*** to boot into the recovery partition on your boot drive.
[* black] Once in Recovery Mode, go to the Utilities menu at the top of the screen and click ***Terminal***
