-[* red] Remove all 18 of the 4mm screws using a Phillips #000 screwdriver.
-[* black] Remove back grey frame starting at the top, gently pulling away from the screen until you feel resistance.

+[* black] With the blue plastic opening tool, gently wedge the tool between the screen and the gray frame until you feel resistance.

-[* black] Push in the teeth with the blue plastic opening tool, towards the center of the device, while gently pulling off the frame simultaneously.
