+[* black] During reassembly, after reinstalling these screws you can reinstall the RAM and test if the iMac works alright before reinstalling the glass panel. If the installed second drive is a non-Apple SSD and you are using OS X El Capitan or later then you can enable TRIM support by executing this Terminal command: sudo trimforce enable
