[* red] Remove all 18 of the 4mm screws using a Phillips #000 screwdriver
[* black] Once all screws are out, remove back grey frame starting at the top, gently pulling away from screen until you feel resistance.
[* icon_note] Do not force the frame off because you can break off the teeth securing the frame to the screen.
[* black] Continue removal by pushing in the teeth, using the blue spudger tool, towards the center of the device while simultaneously gently pulling off the frame.

[* black] Once removed, do not pull the grey frame away from the device. It will still be connected to the device by a pair of wires from the motherboard to the speaker on the grey frame.
