-[* black] Step 1: Remove all 18 of the 4mm screws using a Phillips #000 screwdriver
-[* black] Step 2: Once all screws are out, remove back grey frame starting at the top, gently pulling away from screen until you feel resistance. Do not force the frame off because you can break off the teeth securing the frame to the screen.
-[* black] Step 3: Continue removal by pushing in the teeth, using the blue spudger tool, towards the center of the device while simultaneously gently pulling off the frame. Be careful not to push too hard and break the teeth.
-[* black] Step 4: Once removed, do not pull the grey frame away from the device. It will still be connected to the device by a pair of wires from the motherboard to the speaker on the grey frame.
