[* black] After the panel has been removed, you should see two green circuit boards affixed to a larger blue circuit board.
+[* black] Don't worry about the one with wires attached, the RAM is the other circuit board.
+[* black] Look for the silver tabs on either side of the white plastic holding the RAM in place.
+[* black] Using your index fingers, lift both tabs. The RAM should partially "pop" out.
