[* black] With the laptop separated, you should be able to see the CPU fan.
[* red] Remove the two 3.0 mm screws on each side of the fan using the Phillips #0 screwdriver.
[* icon_note] Only one screw is shown being removed.
-[* orange] Gently remove the fan's power cable (small white connector with orange and red wires) connected to the motherboard.
-[* icon_caution] Carefully avoid pulling on the wires, as this will cause damage to the power cable.
-[* black] Next slowly lift up the fan from the CPU and slide it out.
-[* black] You can clean the fan and heat sink with compressed air or replace the fan.
+[* orange] Gently remove the fan's power supply by pulling up on the small white connector (with orange and red wires).
+[* icon_caution] Avoid pulling on the wires while removing the power supply, as this will cause permanent damage.
+[* black] Slowly slide out the fan from the heat sink and lift it out from the back of the laptop.
