+[* black] Obtain the neck of the guitar.
+[* black] Using the Phillips 2 Screwdriver, unscrew the 9/16" screws from each of the two spring trees (in red) and remove the trees and spacers.
+[* black] Use the 10mm wrench to unscrew the nuts holding the tuning pegs in place. Remove the washer from underneath each nut.
+[* black] The tuning pegs will fall through the back of the guitar.
+[* icon_note] When reassembling this portion, be sure to line up the two prongs on the tuning peg with the holes on the back of the guitar (indicated in yellow).
