[* red] Remove the four 2.4 mm Phillips #00 screws attaching the LCD to the front glass panel.
[* black] Rotate the top of the LCD 90 degrees away from the front glass panel as shown in the second picture.
[* icon_caution] Rotate the LCD and front glass panel slowly so you don't damage the antenna on the bottom of the LCD.
-[* black] Separate the LCD and front glass panel.
+[* black] Separate the LCD and front glass panel. This can be done with a heat gun or hair dryer. After about 45-60 seconds of heat, use the pry tool around the glass and inside the rubber barrier. The digitizer ribbon will slide out of the frame through a slot.
