[title] Remove the PCB on the Back of the Drive
[* black] Remove the four Phillips PH1 screws holding the PCB onto the back of the drive.
-[* black] Disconnect the ribbon cables still attached to the PCB, and then remove it from the drive.
+[* black] Disconnect the three ribbon cables still attached to the PCB by pulling the tabs on the side of each ribbon cable "holder" towards you.
+[* black] Pull off the PCB from the back of the hard drive and remove the protective foam sheet from the back of the board.
