[* red] Now that the keyboard is outside of the laptop, you will see a ribbon cable coming from the back of the keyboard connected to the laptop
[* orange] To detach this cable you must use the pointed edge of the spudger to press down on the locking mechanism
-[* icon_caution] Very little pressure is needed to press the locking mechanisms down. Pressing too hard could result in snapping the mechanisms
-[* icon_note] There are two locking mechanisms, one to the right of the cable connector and one to the left
-[* yellow] After unlocking both sides of the mechanisms you can slowly pull the ribbon cable out
+[* icon_caution] Do not use too much pressure when disconnecting the ZIF connector
+[* icon_note] Use the spudger to disconnect the ZIF connector. In order to do this push the two ends of the black plastic towards the cable.
+[* yellow] After unlocking both sides of the ZIF connector you can remove the keyboard.
