+[* black] Turn the keyboard bezel into the opposite direction so that the touchpad is close to you.
+[* black] Dissemble the ribbon cable from the receptacle on the touchpad circuit board.
+ [* icon_note] The ribbon cable will not tear apart because it is attached to the bracket that holds the touchpad in place.
+[* black] Take out the four 2.9mm screws from the bracket using a phillips PH0 screwdriver.
+[* black] To detach the touchpad, simply thrust the touchpad from the top of the keyboard bezel (the touch-sensitive side, not circuit board side).
