-[* black] Remove the back of the kindle. Follow parts of this instruction video, but not everything as we only want to replace the screen.
- [* black] The back is glued in the middle and attached with 2 pins at each side. The top and bottom pins slide in the frame, so if you pull too hard they might break.
- [* black] Start with opening the back at the sides. Push your tweezers in a bit deeper at the middle and twist them to push the glued cover part from the frame. Don't do this near the side buttons as you might cut the wire of the buttons.
