[* black] Locate the speaker at the top left of the base as pictured. It is the silver, conical component. You will see two big screws holding it down.
[* black] Use a screwdriver to remove the screws.

[* black] The speaker is soldered to the circuit board. To remove and replace it, cut both the black and red wires.
[* black] Solder your new speaker to the circuit board and you've just fixed it!
