-[* black] Use a prying tool to open the Stick. Push on both sides of the receiver, and push up at the same time, in order to unhinge the top half from the bottom.
-[* black] Repeat this step as you move down the stick.
-[* icon_caution] If all the clips are not unhinged the plastic cover can be damaged when you try to remove it.
+[* black] Insert a plastic opening tool into the seam on either side of the device.
+[* black] Side the plastic opening tools along the seam of the stick and pry the top half of the case away from the bottom.
+[* icon_caution] Don't force the case apart. If you've successfully unhooked all of the clips, the case will be easy to remove.
