[* red] Remove the two 11.3 mm T6 Torx screws securing the fan to the logic board near the antenna plate.
+[* black] Unscrew the third T6 Torx screw located on the right side of the fan by the lower edge of the RAM. Do not try to remove it, just unscrew it.
