-[* black] As shown in picture 3 the cable is off, inspect the power button itself and check its mechanism and if it is clicking through the board while being pressed. If that checks out then process to replace the button compartment. This will solve the issue.
+[* black] Slide the button and board out from it's housing. The plastic button visible from the top of the monitor should simply stay in place.
