[* black] Begin first by removing the three, (star bolt) screws with the iFixit screw driver and the "T20" head. Be sure to hold the pad of the sander as it will rotate as you try to loosen the screws.
-[* black] Once the screws are removed place them somewhere you can find them if you need to reuse them because you lost a screw in the process.
