[* black] 1. Notice on the top right corner of the phone there is a hole on the outer rim of the phone. This contains the sim card slot. Using the sim card removal tool remove the sim card and tray.
-[* black] 2. Directly above the sim card slot there is a small hole on the back panel. Using the sim card tool use this hole to remove the back plate. Be careful to do this slowly as there is wiring on the other side.
